The CM5 is a next-generation industrial high-voltage static generator, engineered to provide precise and stable static charging for a wide range of industrial applications. Designed for backward compatibility with the ECM30/60 and ECM DI30/60, the CM5 allows for a seamless upgrade, ensuring effortless integration into existing systems. A quick setup menu is available to configure the generator to function as an ECM30/60, with multilingual support in English, German, French, and Italian.

Equipped with advanced current control technology, the CM5 maintains a constant current level, ensuring a much more stable charge. This feature automatically compensates for contamination and emitter pin wear, reducing maintenance and improving efficiency. The system senses material presence and adjusts the current accordingly, lowering it when no material is detected to prevent spark-over and prolong emitter pin lifespan.

The CM5 also features an optional serial bus interface, enabling communication via Profibus, CANopen, and other protocols on request. Advanced output control allows the charging level to be proportional to machine speed, optimizing performance for dynamic production environments.
With output voltage options of up to 30kV DC (CM5-30) or up to 60kV DC (CM5-60), this generator is plug-and-play, featuring a 180° swiveling control panel, a password-protected menu, and an LCD display with dual text and symbols for ease of use.
