Simco Ion CM Tiny - Industrial high-voltage static generator
The CM Tiny is the smallest industrial high-voltage static generator, specifically designed for static bonding, static cling, and adhesive-free material bonding in compact and dynamic industrial applications. This lightweight unit, weighing only 500 grams, operates on a 24V DC power supply and is engineered to withstand high G-forces, making it ideal for small machines and applications with moving parts, such as pick-and-place handling systems.
The CM Tiny can be seamlessly integrated into machine interfaces with a 4–20mA signal for voltage setpoint control and a 24V DC remote on/off functionality. For manual operation, an additional control kit with a potentiometer and LED indicator can be installed directly into a control panel. The system also features a detachable high-voltage distribution block for easy maintenance and customization.
Its LED indicators provide real-time operational status, ensuring safe and efficient use:
- Green: Power is on
- Green flashing: Power is on, but HV output is inactive
- Red: Alarm – HV overload or HV OK signal short circuit
