The Sensor IQ Easy is an advanced electrostatic charge measurement system, designed to monitor and control static levels across the entire width of a material web. Integrated into the IQ Easy platform, it provides real-time feedback to connected anti-static bars and charging generators, enabling a closed-loop static control process.

The Sensor IQ Easy is a bar-type device capable of holding up to 16 individual sensor heads, each positioned at strategic points across the web for precise charge monitoring. The collected data is transmitted to the Manager IQ Easy, where it is stored for process monitoring, quality control, and system optimisation.

To ensure reliable performance in industrial environments, the Sensor IQ Easy includes an air purge system that prevents dust and debris from entering the sensor heads, maintaining consistent accuracy and reducing maintenance needs.

Additionally, data from the Sensor IQ Easy can be retrieved through the Manager IQ Easy’s Ethernet port, allowing for remote monitoring and process control.
