The ThunderION IQ 2.0 is an advanced long-range static elimination system, capable of neutralising static electricity at distances of up to 1000 mm. Designed for industrial environments, its reinforced extruded profile ensures high durability while allowing for lengths up to 5 metres.

Unlike conventional anti-static bars, the ThunderION IQ 2.0 features disc-shaped emitters, which generate a high and balanced ion output, ensuring effective neutralisation at long distances. The shockproof emitters are designed with a flexible, replaceable structure, protecting them from damage caused by foreign objects.

The integrated high-voltage power supply requires only a low voltage input of 24V DC, simplifying installation and operation. The patented pulsed DC technology combined with low-frequency ion generation ensures efficient charge neutralisation even without air assistance.
For enhanced usability, LED indicators on four sides provide real-time status visualisation, while the modular housing design allows for quick and thorough cleaning by removing end brackets, middle support brackets, side plates, and emitters.

The ThunderION IQ 2.0 is particularly useful in applications where static neutralisation is required at variable distances, such as winding and rewinding of webs, where the diameter of the rewinding section changes continuously.
