Simco Ion Performax IQ Easy - Anti-Static Bar

The Performax IQ Easy is a high-performance anti-static bar designed for optimal static neutralisation in industrial applications. Engineered for seamless integration with the IQ Easy Platform, it allows up to 30 ionisation and charging devices to be connected and controlled via the Manager IQ Easy. This advanced system employs the patented Up-Stream static charge evaluation technique, ensuring proactive and highly efficient static neutralisation.

For even greater efficiency, the Sensor IQ Easy can be added to measure downstream residual static charge and regulate ionisation in real time, ensuring a very low residual static charge and improved process control.

Built with a fibreglass-reinforced plastic profile, the Performax IQ Easy offers rugged durability with minimal risk of deformation, even at lengths up to 5 metres. The bar features an integrated high-voltage power supply, requiring only a 24V DC input, with a standard M12 connector for easy installation. Its IP66 protection rating allows for easy cleaning, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.

The Performax IQ Easy is available in two versions:

Standard: Suitable for applications with a working distance of 100–500 mm.
Speed: Designed for high-speed applications (>500 m/min) with a working distance of 50–500 mm.

Two high-brightness three-color LEDs indicate operational status:

Green: Bar ON
Orange: Warning
Red: Alarm
