Simco Ion MEJ - Anti-Static Bar

The MEJ Anti-Static Bar is a compact and efficient static neutralisation solution, designed for short-range ionisation in industrial applications where no moving machine parts interfere with the ionisation process. Similar in performance to the MEB Anti-Static Bar, the MEJ model features a round design, allowing for easy installation through holes in the machine frame.

Each emitter pin is capacitively coupled to the high voltage, ensuring shockproof operation, so users will not experience an electrical shock if the emitter pin is accidentally touched. The bar also remains fully functional even if some emitter pins become short-circuited, for instance, due to heavy fouling, making it a reliable and low-maintenance solution for industrial static control.

With a maximum length of up to 6 metres, the MEJ bar offers flexibility in installation and is ideal for use in tight or enclosed spaces where traditional flat bars may not be suitable.
