The HE Ionising Air Nozzle is a high-efficiency static neutralisation and blowoff solution, designed for low air consumption and high blowoff force. Engineered with current-limited high-voltage emitter points, the HE nozzle ensures safe operation, preventing electrical shock while delivering precise ionisation.
The emitter points are strategically positioned outside the airflow, making them highly resistant to fouling, even in industrial environments where contamination is common. This extends the maintenance intervals and ensures consistent performance over time.
The HE nozzles are modular and compact, allowing multiple nozzles to be connected on a single cable for an efficient and scalable static elimination setup. They can be easily fitted onto a standard air header, providing flexible installation options. A Simco-ION power unit is required to supply the necessary high voltage for operation.
