Simco Ion Conveyostat - Customizable in-line Ionisation System

The Conveyostat is a customisable in-line ionisation system designed to neutralise static charges in high-speed pneumatic conveying systems. By integrating anti-static ionising bars directly into the pipeline, the Conveyostat ensures effective static elimination, preventing material buildup, blockages, and electrostatic discharge that could affect product quality and process efficiency.

The pipe diameter is tailored to match the existing piping system, ensuring seamless integration. The number of integrated ionising bars is determined based on the pipe diameter to guarantee optimal ionisation even at high conveying speeds. Additionally, for maximum flexibility, the system can be installed in a customer-supplied pipe.

To enhance efficiency, the ionisation bars are connected in two groups and powered by a two-phase power supply, delivering balanced and continuous ionisation across the full pipe diameter. This ensures that static is effectively neutralised, regardless of the speed or volume of material flowing through the system.
