The Blowflex Easy is an advanced in-line ionising air nozzle designed for effective surface neutralisation and cleaning. Engineered with a patented high-frequency, high-voltage generation system, it ensures efficient static elimination while maintaining a compact and user-friendly design. The device operates on a 24V DC power supply and integrates all high-voltage components within its structure for safety and reliability. A green LED indicator provides clear operational status, ensuring ease of monitoring. The unit includes a standard quick disconnect 8mm hose connection, with the flexibility to use an alternative ¼” BSP air nipple if required.

Designed for versatility, the Blowflex Easy can be mounted using Simco-ION universal brackets, M8 threaded holes at the bottom, or 6mm holes on the side, which are complemented by a cover plate for housing integrity. The robust IP66-rated housing allows usage in demanding environments requiring frequent cleaning. With multiple output configurations, it provides optimised ionised air distribution for a wide range of industrial applications.
