KMM AD, Bulgaria - Blasting and Painting
The project for KMM AD, supported by European funds, aimed to reduce the environmental impact of blasting and painting operations by replacing traditional sandblasting and open-air painting systems. This modernization was achieved through the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies, significantly improving processes and product quality.
The delivered equipment included a blasting booth with an abrasive recovery system and a painting-drying booth equipped with advanced ventilation and filtration units. These solutions were designed to ensure a controlled environment, eliminating particle emissions and minimizing material waste.
Process efficiency was enhanced by utilizing automated systems that enable a continuous and well-organized workflow for blasting and painting operations. These modern technologies eliminated waste and optimized processing times, contributing to superior performance.
Productivity was significantly improved due to the high capacity of the equipment, allowing complex operations to be completed in less time. Automation reduced manual interventions and increased the consistency of results.
