JLG Manufacturing Central Europe SRL, Romania - Ventilation and Filtration

Minex Group upgraded the dust extraction system of the automated blasting machine for JLG Manufacturing Central Europe SRL. The project included the delivery and assembly of a cartridge dust collector, Pat Jet 26/21 ATEX, equipped with a continuous compressed air cleaning system. This modernization was carried out to enhance process efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

The cartridge filter ensures efficient capture of particles generated during blasting, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The continuous compressed air cleaning system optimizes the filter’s performance, minimizing the need for manual maintenance.

Productivity was improved by reducing downtime caused by dust accumulation and ensuring continuous operation of the blasting machine. The efficiency of the dust extraction system supports a smooth and uninterrupted production flow.

Energy efficiency was increased through the modern design of the filter, which uses ATEX technology to reduce energy consumption and optimize operations. This technology contributes to lower operational costs and compliance with safety standards.
