JLG is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors of height access equipment. The project carried out by Minex involved the delivery and configuration of two automated blasting lines with turbines, specifically designed to improve production efficiency and reduce processing times.

The automated turbine blasting lines ensure rapid and uniform cleaning of metal surfaces, eliminating the need for manual interventions and reducing the time required for each work cycle. The implemented solution enables a continuous and well-organized flow of parts, optimizing the entire production process.

Productivity was significantly enhanced due to the high capacity of the blasting lines, allowing a large volume of components to be processed in a short time. Automation reduced errors and increased overall efficiency.

Energy efficiency was improved through the use of modern technology integrated into the blasting lines, which optimizes energy consumption. This led to lower operational costs and a reduced environmental impact.
