Gormet SRL, Romania - Painting

The project for Gormet SRL included the installation of two painting-drying booths, each equipped with TSV 45000R and 30000R heating and ventilation units, as well as Wall Man mobile platforms for painters. These solutions were designed to optimize the painting process, ensuring efficiency and superior quality.

The systems integrated into the painting-drying booths provide precise control of temperature and ventilation, enabling uniform paint application and quick drying. This automation reduces material waste and enhances the consistency of the finish, bringing significant improvements to efficiency.

Productivity increased thanks to the Wall Man mobile platforms, which allow painters to safely and quickly access all areas of large components. This feature significantly reduces operation time and improves workflow.

Energy efficiency was enhanced through the use of TSV 45000R and 30000R units, which combine heating and ventilation in a single, compact, and efficient system. These units consume less energy, contributing to lower operational costs and process sustainability.

Working conditions were significantly improved by advanced ventilation, which maintains a clean and safe environment for operators. Reducing exposure to vapors and particles provides enhanced health protection for personnel.

Environmental protection was prioritized through the use of technologies that minimize pollutant emissions and optimize waste management. The painting-drying booths and associated equipment comply with the strictest environmental standards, contributing to a reduced impact on the local ecosystem.
