Flenco East Europe Fluid Systems SRL, Romania - Blasting and Painting

The project for FLENCO East Europe involved the design and integration of a blasting booth measuring 17m x 7m x 7m, alongside a painting-drying booth of the same dimensions. The blasting booth is equipped with a continuous abrasive recovery system using scrapers, enabling operations to run in 3 shifts and ensuring maximum productivity.

The solutions implemented by Minex significantly improved process efficiency. The continuous abrasive recovery system optimizes material consumption, reduces waste, and allows for the efficient reuse of resources, contributing to lower operational costs.

Productivity was increased thanks to the automation of the blasting process and the integration of painting-drying systems. These modern facilities enable the rapid and efficient processing of large components, reducing the time required for each work cycle.

Energy efficiency was enhanced through the use of high-performance heating and exhaust units, which minimize energy consumption and ensure a constant flow of clean air in the blasting and painting booths.

Working conditions were improved by implementing advanced ventilation and filtration systems, which reduce dust and vapor levels in the workspace. Operators now benefit from a safer and more comfortable environment, leading to increased efficiency and staff satisfaction.

Environmental protection was prioritized through the use of technologies that minimize the environmental impact of processes. The abrasive recovery system reduces waste and particle emissions, supporting compliance with the strictest environmental standards. This project demonstrates Minex’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
