Eurometal SRL, Romania - Plate and Profile Processing, Blasting and Painting

Eurometal chose the solution proposed by Minex Group for the development of a metal fabrication plant. The project was designed from scratch, focusing on optimizing the use of available space and streamlining the production flow. The selected equipment was state-of-the-art, including a cutting and drilling line for profiles, a plate cutting and drilling center, a conveyor blasting line for plates and profiles, a profile straightening press, equipment for handling and positioning profiles for welding, as well as blasting and painting-drying booths.

The delivered solutions significantly improved process efficiency by reducing operation times and increasing precision at every stage of production. The cutting and drilling lines for profiles and plates enabled rapid and accurate material processing, minimizing waste and optimizing resource consumption.

Productivity was increased through the use of automated equipment that eliminated most manual processes, allowing for a continuous and well-organized production flow. The handling and positioning equipment for profiles reduced setup times and improved weld quality.

Energy efficiency was enhanced by integrating advanced technologies into the supplied equipment. Modern systems ensure reduced energy consumption and high performance over the long term, contributing to lower operational costs.

Working conditions were improved through the implementation of ventilation and filtration systems in the blasting and painting-drying booths. These systems reduce dust and emissions, ensuring a safer and more comfortable working environment for operators.

Environmental protection was prioritized through the use of technologies that minimize the environmental impact of processes. Abrasive material recovery and air filtration systems reduced pollutant emissions and optimized waste management, contributing to the project's sustainability.
