Euro Gas Systems SRL, Romania - Blasting and Painting
The collaboration with Euro Gas Systems SRL began in 2010 with the delivery of a fully equipped painting-drying booth measuring 11 x 5 x 5 m.
In 2012, the Mures Industrial Park was leased by Euro Gas Systems SRL, which initiated a 6-million-euro investment to modernize the facility.
Also in 2012, Minex was selected as the supplier for a new investment involving a blasting booth measuring 12 x 4 x 4 m and a painting-drying booth measuring 15 x 7 x 5 m, complete with all necessary equipment. The blasting booth was equipped with a pneumatic blasting system, recovery, transport, and abrasive cleaning systems. The painting-drying booth was fitted with heating and exhaust units, an electrical panel, and corresponding ductwork.
Continuing its investments in 2013, Euro Gas Systems SRL once again entrusted Minex specialists to construct a third painting-drying booth, also measuring 15 x 7 x 5 m, fully equipped with heating and exhaust units, an electrical panel, ductwork, and auxiliary equipment.
The solutions delivered by Minex contributed to improving process efficiency by reducing operation times and optimizing the consumption of abrasive materials and paint. The recovery and cleaning systems for abrasives reduced waste, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Productivity increased due to the automation of processes and the use of high-performance equipment, enabling fast and efficient operations. The modern painting-drying booths allowed for the achievement of uniform, high-quality finishes.
Energy efficiency was enhanced by utilizing state-of-the-art heating and exhaust units, which reduced energy consumption and optimized operational performance.
Working conditions were significantly improved by reducing dust levels and ensuring efficient ventilation in the workspace, creating a safer and more comfortable environment for operators.
Environmental protection was prioritized through the use of abrasive recycling technologies and the minimization of pollutant emissions. These solutions helped comply with the strictest environmental standards and reduced the impact on the surrounding environment.
