Efacec Group, Portugal - Dehumidification and Blasting

Minex provided design services, technical consulting, and support for equipping a blasting hall, contributing to the development of an efficient infrastructure for maintenance and production operations. As part of this project, a dehumidification unit was delivered, essential for ensuring the climatic conditions required for the painting process and the application of anticorrosive coatings.

The installed dehumidifier ensures the climatic conditions necessary to delay surface oxidation and prevent condensation. These factors are crucial for improving the adhesion of paint to the substrate and achieving a superior-quality finish.

The implemented solutions significantly improved process efficiency, allowing operations to take place under controlled conditions and reducing risks associated with excessive humidity. The modern equipment installed in the blasting hall ensures continuous and efficient processes, optimizing workflow.
