Minex provided a complete range of equipment, including a cartridge filter with a capacity of 10,000 m3/h equipped with high-pressure fans, a mobile dehumidifier MNX8000AH, a blasting tower with recycling components for 4 blasting operators, and a turnkey project for belt conveyors.

The MNX8000AH dehumidifier was specifically utilized to ensure the climatic conditions required for the painting process and to create an optimal environment for the application of anticorrosive coatings. This solution contributed to achieving superior finish quality and increased durability of treated structures.

The implemented solutions brought significant improvements to process efficiency, enabling continuous operations and reducing downtime. Advanced ventilation and filtration systems ensure the efficient removal of particles and improve air quality.

Productivity was enhanced through the use of specialized equipment that allows simultaneous blasting operations for 4 operators, optimizing workflow. Customized conveyor solutions reduced the complexity of logistical processes.

Energy efficiency was increased thanks to high-pressure fans and advanced technologies used in the MNX8000AH dehumidifier, which minimize energy consumption and improve overall performance.

Working conditions were significantly improved by reducing dust and humidity in the work areas, ensuring a safer and more comfortable environment for operators. Modern filtration systems reduce staff exposure to harmful particles and contribute to maintaining a healthy workspace.
