Modernization of the Automatic Blasting and Painting Line for Plates and Profiles (2003):
The initial project involved upgrading the automatic blasting and painting line, resulting in a significant increase in productivity. The quality of corrosion protection improved, extending the lifespan of the products and reducing losses associated with repairs or rework. The modernization also lowered operational costs by optimizing the use of materials and resources.
Construction and Equipping of Multi-Functional Blasting, Painting, and Drying Halls (2004):
The following year, two fully equipped halls with multi-functional capabilities for blasting, painting, and drying were designed and constructed. These integrated solutions brought the following benefits:
- Increased process efficiency: Organizing activities in a controlled environment reduced processing times and enhanced the quality of final results.
- Improved working conditions: Modern equipment minimized workers’ exposure to hazardous substances and improved operational safety.
- Enhanced energy efficiency: The halls were designed to optimize energy consumption, reducing both costs and environmental impact.
