For AmbaFlex SRL, advanced solutions for blasting and painting were delivered and installed, designed to meet the client’s specific requirements for process efficiency and environmental protection. The project included:

• Blasting booth measuring 15 x 6 x 5 m, equipped with a discontinuous abrasive recovery and transport system;
• Painting and drying booth measuring 20 x 6 x 5 m, equipped with a TSV 45000 UHR450 exhaust unit, providing an air flow of 45,000 m³/h and a power of 342 kW.

The TSV unit is a top-tier solution that integrates the air supply and exhaust systems into a single unit, specifically designed to optimize painting and drying processes.
