The LBL Range – H Beam Welding Lines are specialized machines engineered for the continuous production of welded I and T beams, whether parallel or tapered. These advanced welding lines are designed to operate with the web plate positioned vertically, optimizing the production process by reducing the need for preliminary tack welding. Only a minor tack weld is required at the leading edge after aligning the web plate with the center line of the flange, streamlining the workflow and increasing efficiency.

The welding process begins by feeding the web plate and the first flange into the machine. High-precision welding is conducted simultaneously on both sides of the web plate along the entire length of the beam, ensuring superior joint strength and consistency. Once the first flange welding is completed, the beam undergoes a 180° rotation, allowing for the accurate alignment and welding of the second flange. This method guarantees precision and minimizes material distortion, making it a preferred choice for structural applications.
