The Timesavers 42 RB Series is the flagship model of Timesavers’ rotary brush machines. Designed for high-performance deburring, edge rounding, laser oxide removal, heavy slag removal, and finishing, this machine provides unmatched consistency and efficiency.

With a working width of 1350 mm or 1600 mm, the 42 RB Series is equipped with eight rotary brushes that create a uniform 2 mm radius on mild steel and even larger on aluminum. It features an upgraded HMI with a 3D interface, connectivity options for thickness meters and barcode scanners, and an energy-saving ECO mode.
