The vertical blasting systems are specially designed by BLASTRAC for processing the walls of the water tanks and of those utilized in the petrochemical industry and for cleaning ships and other vertical or semi vertical steel surfaces.
This equipment is even more efficient when used in combination with lifting solutions mounted on the roofs, or with hydraulic cranes. The technology allows a laniary and vertical treatment of the surface, for both cleaning and profiling it. In the end, it becomes ready for painting or coating operations without needing time for drying and other similar preparation activities.
Furthermore, the vertical blasting machines continually use an internal system for abrasive recycling therefore eliminating the contamination associated to the classic version of the operation.
An entire variation of profiles can be obtained through proper selection of the abrasive to be used and through setting the blasting speed.
