V302 – the new Voortman cutting machine with plasma and oxy-gas

The simplicity of the Voortman equipment allows all companies active in the metal processing industry or in the metal constructions to benefit from the most up-to-date technology in the field.
The new V302 keeps all the functionalities of the previous model but is now deliverable either with plasma technology, with oxy-gas technology or with a combination of them both.
The productivity increases as the working time decreases with 50%
The cutting machine incorporates the VHC (Voortman Height Control) system, which is the fastest height control system existing on the market. Furthermore, optimizing the cutting routes allows minimizing the time needed for positioning the plates onto the cutting machine. Due to the integrated VACAM operating system one can decide to skip the scan phase and to process the profiles based on their characteristics and on the cutting routes, so that the operating time can be reduced to 50%.
Exceptional quality – automation for best results
The VACAM operating system ensures the quality of the cutting operation, without needing any operator to interfere within the process. Commuting from one technology to another, mainly from the drilling one to the profiling one can be automatically and properly organized by the system. Depending on the size of the material to be processed, the working speed is also automatically adapted. All parameters related to the cutting operation, height control, drilling time, and gas flow are managed by the VACAM system.
The selection is determined based on the cutting amperage and the type & thickness of the plate to be processed.
