The new CNC cutting and drilling machine from Voortman

The new V310 machine from Voortman has all the functionalities of its previous version and series of extra benefits. Due to the incorporated drilling solution, the machine is more flexible and able to satisfy a lot of needs, there where cutting, drilling and marking are to be simultaneously organized.
The hard metal deck ensures a heavy loading capacity and a longer life cycle of the consumables. Because of it minimum vibrations will be registered during drilling operations. The tools set is also moving along the deck offering the possibility to instantly replace up to 10 tools.
V310 uses the highest level of control existing on the market and tested on the previous V304 and V302 models. The reduction of time necessary for cutting operations determines an increase in productivity.
In order to process thick materials, V310 uses a revolutionary oxy-gas technology. GCE nozzles are recommended during these operations. The automatic thickness control systems are integrated at the source making it easier for the operators to achieve the best results.
