Proper air filtration ensures optimal working conditions in the welding cabinets

The smoke, the steam and the dust particles have a negative impact on the working environment, affecting the production quality and the profitability of the company. The most efficient method for controlling the smoke resulted during the welding processes is to extract it directly from the source.

This is not always possible or easy to be organized. In such situations it is recommended to use towers for air purification. They maintain the concentration of emissions resulted during the welding operations at the lowest possible level. Nederman improved the design of the equipment and worked out detailed guidelines for the perfect placement of the towers in the working areas.

Safe air-filtration

The air purification towers are the ideal solution for the cases in which extraction at the source is not an option.  Actually, this happens in the working spaces where there is no possibility to install extraction pipelines, or where big elements are welded in small spaces, or where there is a need for a complementary solution to the air extraction at the source.

Optimal functionalities

The design of the equipment makes it easy for the air to be circulated within the working space, allowing it to repeatedly go through the filtering system, where the dust and the smoke are retained.

The contaminated air is vacuumed at the floor’s level, filtered and blown back into the room from the upper part of the equipment. The evacuation nozzles of the tower allow covering big areas, through the installation of a sufficient number of units, according to your particular necessities.
