Plural component painting systems insure a high level of anticorrosive protection
The XP70 system from GRACO is able to mix and atomize paintings with high degree of viscosity insuring their perfect application.
The system processes especially paint which contains a relevant portion of solid substance, the epoxy ones, polyurethane ones, and those needing preheating before application.
XP70 is a SMART alternative to hand-made mixing and to the preheating process, where needed. It helps in keeping under control the material waste and therefore the costs of the painting operation.
The pump mixes exclusively the quantity of paint needed for a particular application. Furthermore XP70 generates savings with the solvent material. Instead of throwing away the entire quantity of mixed paint remained in the pump after each application, one has to eliminate exclusively the rests from the static mixer and from the hose.
XP70 was designed to generate a pressure of 500 bars, so that the application of paints with a high degree of viscosity can be organized also in case of using very long hoses.
The system is recommended especially for processing wind mills, tanks, water pipelines, bridges, ships, metal structures and for operating in railway industry.
