NOVAG I – the new portable hydraulic pump for spraying polyuria and polyurethane foam

The new NOVAG I is a hydraulic pump specially designed to respond to the most sophisticated applications of bi-component covering systems, where the precise dosage of the mix is absolutely mandatory for ensuring the quality of the final works. The particular configuration of the equipment facilitates the easy access to the 2 components, simplifying the control functions and significantly reducing the maintenance time.
Hose with incorporated heating system
The new NOVAG I can be delivered with one of the following hose versions:
15 m long hose that can be heated at 230V
Hose that can be heated at low voltage. It’ length can go up to 48 m. This version needs an extra 2000W transformer.
Recirculation hoses that cannot be heated. Their length goes up to 11 m.
Control panel
The control panel incorporates a touch screen display specially designed for facilitating the selection and the control mode of the working parameters. A sophisticated alarm system notifies the operator about any process errors, ensuring that the coatings are properly applied.
