Fume extraction during welding operations in metal processing factories

Situation:
At ASCO in Greece there have been registered alarming values of toxicity during welding operations.
Solution:
In order to solve the problem, 11 NEX HD extraction arms, each of them being 4 m long were installed and connected to a NCF 160/25 fan. The ventilation unit comes with 18.5 Fan Invertor for better results.
Benefits:
Due to the power of the NCF and of the Fan Invertor the extraction of the toxic waste is properly organized and does not generate unnecessary energy consumption or an unpleasant level of noise.
