Fume and dust extraction during grinding processes
28.05.2019
Case study: School in Belgium
Situation:
A technical school in Belgium moved it's workshops in a new location where they decided to install extraction systems for waste generated during welding and grinding activities. Series of such operations are supposed to take place simultaneously and in a relatively small area.
Solution:
Nederman connected to FilterMax F600 to a ventilator with integrated invertor. Filter MX was then connected to 12 Original 2m units with extraction arms that were afterwards installed in the welding cabinets and 3 XL extraction arms installed in the grinding area.
Benefits:
The frequent use of the extraction arms keeps the workshop clean and save even so there is an intense activity taking place in it.
