Fume and dust extraction during grinding operations

Situation:
Instroment International n.v. is a Belgian company designing and producing special devices for gas stations. The management decided to urgently solve the issues related to fumes and dust elimination during welding processes that are organized at 15 working stations simultaneously.
Solution:
It has been decided to install 15 Nederman 5000 units. The extraction arms were connected to the FilterMax 9000 and to the NCF 160/25 fan. The solution includes invertors for the fan and winter/summer valves therefore allowing the recapture of the filtered warm air.
