Straaltechniek SSM 62 N050 - Blasting installation

The SSM blasting equipment is designed for applications where dust emissions must be minimized. Its specially designed blasting gun enables simultaneous dust absorption and abrasive recovery during surface treatment. For enhanced accessibility inside containers requiring repairs, the installation can be detached from its support.

On request, the system can be delivered with an electric vacuum cleaner.

The specialized blasting head is connected via two hoses to both the blasting unit and the vacuum source, enabling efficient blasting of flat surfaces as well as inner and outer angles. This system ensures continuous abrasive recovery, with dust collected in the vacuum source’s dust bin while the abrasive is separated and reloaded into the blasting installation.
